Bill has over twenty years experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial banking, real estate and wealth management. Prior to joining Alliance Cost Containment, Bill served as Vice President of a Midwest M&A Firm. Bill has also extensive experience at an investment advisory/business management firm responsible for corporate transactions, analyzing business ventures and investment management. Bill has also worked as a financial analyst for a Wall Street rating agency and as a loan officer for several major money center banks. Bill received his BS in Business Administration from Widener University. Bill is a Certified Financial Planner professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
