Nancy
Stanton, Principal
Nancy has extensive background in core business and project
management areas, including Financial Planning, Budgeting
& Procurement Planning and Corporate Strategy. Prior to
joining ACC, Nancy was a director of operational effectiveness
for a leading North American consulting firm. She has held
executive positions with P&L responsibility, spanning
over 30 years with top-tier multi-billion dollar retailers
in the Midwest and the Northeast United States. Nancy leads
the firm's operations, focusing on delivery, process development
and client relations. Nancy obtained her MBA from The Lally School of Management, RPI, Troy NY. |

Bill Haley, Senior Analyst, CFP
Bill has over twenty years experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial banking, real estate and wealth management. Prior to joining Alliance Cost Containment, Bill served as Vice President of a Midwest M&A Firm. Bill has also extensive experience at an investment advisory/business management firm responsible for corporate transactions, analyzing business ventures and investment management. Bill has also worked as a financial analyst for a Wall Street rating agency and as a loan officer for several major money center banks. Bill received his BS in Business Administration from Widener University. Bill is also a Certified Financial Planner professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association. |

Max
Friar, Business Development Manager
Max previously worked as Marketing & Business Development
Coordinator for a premier West Michigan Mergers & Acquisition
firm. He created and managed marketing programs for clients,
was instrumental in new client acquisition and lead the firm's
marketing initiatives. Max is responsible for business
development, web site maintenance/analytics and marketing. He also serves as the West Michigan ACG Deal Exchange Coordinator. Max is a
summa cum laude graduate of Alma College, where he became
the college's first Fulbright Fellow. Max resides in Grand
Rapids with his three children. |

Michael, Consultant/Analyst
John is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree
in Entrepreneurship and a minor in General Business Administration.
John's expertise lies primarily in data analytics, reporting
and client management. A former President of The Professional Business Fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi at Central Michigan University, John is an avid golfer and former member of the Powerbilt Golf Tour of Michigan. |
